Skills Covered

We provide a unique focus pertaining each skill session. We will go in-depth regarding each skill below. They will gain knowledge & value not taught anywhere else. We will provide the youth with the latest information received in a way that's relatable and keeps them engaged. This helps them retain the information into adulthood. Youth Members will learn through a combination of our effective life-changing knowledge and we will bring in industry experts. Each session averages around four to seven weeks. However, cannot rush knowledge. We will take our time with our youth, therefore, will run the session until a good amount of you members understand that skill. Youth engage and perform better when they have a voice and know that their voice is being heard. Each session will start with a lecture; however, to ensure the program remains exciting, sessions will be conducted in a fun & relatable manner, taking on a discussion approach that includes activities. Incentives will be given throughout the program. Certificates will be given upon the completion of each session.

However, each skill will be completed in depth before moving on to the next skill. In rare cases, some sessions may require an additional fee to cover the cost for the industry expert or day trip. There will be a discount for Future Leader youth members. Parents will be notified in advance. Participation is optional.
